In the forum, the one thousands of domestic and foreign people who concerned in the industrial, academic, institutional, governmental fields including Gwanyong Kim (Governor of Gyeongsangbuk-do), Yujin Nam (Mayor of Gumi-si), Donghwan Cho (Chair of Korean Carbon Society), Seungju Baek (A member of National Assembly), Seokhun Jang (A member of National Assembly), and Hui Ming Cheng (Professor of Chinese Academy of Science) joined.

Donghwan Cho, Chair of Korean Carbon Society, said “This forum focused on the theme of carbon fiber and its related things or carbon composite material and nano composite material.” Yujin Nam, Mayor of Gumi-si, said “Through this forum, Gumi will be known as the most adequate place for carbon industry to the global world and it is the turning point for Asian and global carbon industry to be developed much more on the focus of Gumi by establishing the networking with carbon industry’s erudite scholars all over the world.”
